EVOLVE STORE REFUND POLICY

At Evolve Store, we strive to provide high-quality assets and a secure shopping experience. To protect our intellectual property and maintain the integrity of our development against increasing fraud, script leaks, and unauthorized redistribution, our refund policy is strictly enforced as follows:

1. FINALITY OF SALE

All transactions made via our Tebex store are final and strictly non-refundable. This applies to all products regardless of whether they are Open-Source or protected by the Cfx.re Escrow System.

Refund requests made shortly after purchase (e.g., within 2–12 hours) will be automatically denied. This measure is in place to prevent "buy-and-leak" schemes and fraudulent attempts to obtain script files for free.

2. TECHNICAL SUPPORT & COMPATIBILITY

• Verified Issues: We provide full technical support for any bugs or errors directly inherent to our scripts.
• Third-Party Conflicts: Support will not be provided for issues caused by third-party modifications, custom frameworks, or conflicts with scripts not developed by Evolve Store.
• Expectations: Customers are expected to have basic knowledge of server management and script installation.

3. SUPPORT INFRASTRUCTURE

• Official Channels: Dedicated support is provided exclusively through the official Evolve Store Discord.
• Documentation: Most products come with comprehensive documentation (GitBook) detailing installation and configuration. Please consult these guides before opening a ticket.
• Proof of Purchase: Support is only granted to the original purchaser of scripts from our official Tebex store.

4. PROMOTIONS & SALES

Items purchased during a sale, using a discount code, or as part of a promotional bundle are ineligible for any form of credit or refund under any circumstances.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All products are protected under international copyright law and DMCA. Any attempt to leak, redistribute, resell, or share Tebex transaction codes will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Evolve Store services, and a report will be filed with Cfx.re and Tebex.

6. TEBEX.IO GOVERNANCE

As our payment processor, all refund decisions are ultimately governed by Tebex.io Terms of Service. Evolve Store operates within the Tebex framework and cannot override their final arbitration decisions or system-level restrictions.
